Classical tarot meaning: Judgement
Judgement shows figures rising at the sound of a horn, arms open, called out of the ground. It is the card of reckoning and awakening — not punishment, but the moment your own life asks you to account for it and to begin again.
Traditionally it reads as a calling, absolution, rebirth, and a decision that has been waiting for you to be ready.

In Madam Moira's deck it is The Trumpet Over Water: a gold horn sounding above a dark surface, the sound crossing water that hides everything beneath it.
What rises here has been under for a long time. The call does not create it; it only gives it permission.
Upright: what it asks of you
Upright, the card asks you to answer honestly rather than perfectly. Something in your life has been calling — a change, an apology, a return, a beginning — and you have been negotiating with it.
It promises no ease. It promises that the answer will be yours.
Reversed: where the light goes wrong
Turned inward, the horn keeps sounding and the room stays still. Reversed shows the call refused, or the reckoning turned into self-punishment, which is a way of not changing while appearing to suffer for it.
It asks what you already know and have decided not to know yet.
